Day 14 of 30 Days Countdown to South America and Around the World
We are traveling light and still thinking if we should bring the one and only check in eBags' Mother Lode TLS 29" Wheeled Duffel for four people. The only reason we might be bringing the luggage is the large amount of nutritional supplements and essential oils we use daily. They are above the limits of TSA's 3-1-1 rule.
If you have a suggestion on how to carry these liquid supplements without the need to check in a luggage, please let me know below.
This is my carry on and messenger bag:
A Mother Lode TLS Weekender Convertible and a Timbuk-2 Command Laptop TSA-Friendly Messenger bag. To avoid standing out or attract unnecessary attention, I've chosen plain dark colors and a simple backpack for my travels. I would have preferred turquoise and pink for my Timbuk2 messenger bag.
The Mother Lode TLS Weekender is voted best of the best on eBags' site and has over 2,000 comments. The best part is, it is under four pounds. Here is a video by eBags on the bag:
The Timbuk2 Command Laptop TSA-friendly messenger bag is TSA compliant where you can just unzip the bag and lie it flat through airport security without the need to take out the laptop. It is all about convenience for me when going through airport security.
What type of carry-on and laptop bag do you use? Let us know.
